Mount Hermon Chapel is a registered nonprofit through the state of Minnesota, and is in the process of seeking tax-exempt 501(c)(3) status as a church.
Church Structures
Members
MHC Members consider MHC "their church", are members of a dedicated church group, and have signed the membership commitment.
Deacons & Elders
MHC Deacons & Elders help in the work of and overseeing of the spiritual ministry of Mount Hermon Chapel.
Board of Directors
The MHC Board is made up of individuals who oversee the legal side of MHC while making decisions through the lens of faith.
Members, Elders, and Board of Directors have various voting roles within Mount Hermon Chapel.
Some of these roles (Deacons & Elders) are in the process of being developed and/or will be filled as MHC continues to grow and the need for overseers continues to increase.
